It’s that time of week! It’s the weekly Nintendo releases.
On WiiWare, you get LostWinds: Winter of the Melodias and Shootanto: Evolutionary Mayhem. Meanwhile, DSiWare gets games which have Domo at the end of their names. The VC gets Rygar to cap off this week’s releases.

Frontier has announced that LostWinds: Winter of the Melodias will be released on WiiWare in the US on October 19.
“The original LostWinds was embraced by the US, and the sequel has major new gameplay features and improvements across the board,” said David Braben in the press release.
“After the incredible reception in Europe for Winter of the Melodias, we’re excited to see what the American reaction will be.”
We can’t wait.

Nintendo said this morning that LostWinds: Winter of the Melodias will release on WiiWare this Friday. Apparently it’s the hundredth game for the service.
Frontier’s David Braben’s tickled pink.
“We launched the original LostWinds game on WiiWare with much anticipation, as it was such an exciting and new way to access games,” he said.
“We are now thrilled to be able to mark the hundredth game launch with LostWinds: Winter of the Melodias.”

Frontier’s released the first screens and art for the newly-announced LostWinds: Winter of the Melodias. Get them after the drop.
There’s no date on the WiiWare game, but from the conversation we had this morning, you’re not going to be waiting too long.

Frontier’s confirmed LostWinds: Winter of the Melodias as a WiiWare title, but has failed to add a date or price.
The indie sequel will feature “all-new expanses of the stunningly presented, magical land of Mistralis as you experience Toku and Enril’s new adventure to save Toku’s mother, lift an ancient Curse and thwart the evil Balasar.”

Edge has revealed that the LostWinds sequel is called Winter of the Melodias.
Toku can now change the seasons, don’t you know.
Edge has loads more if you are in the mood to pick it up.
No word on when it will hit WiiWare, but at least it’s coming.
