Lost Planet 2′s multiplayer demo is now live over on XBL, for Gold Members.
It’s still exclusive for now, just not as exclusive.

Captivate 2010 blown to pieces – everything in one place
Hawaii barely managed to walk again yesterday after the massive blow-out that came in the wake of Captivate last week. Despite a few big leaks, there was still a big chunk of stuff that still got us excited: Okamiden coming west for one thing.

Lost Planet 2 gets Dead Rising and Monster Hunter characters
Famitsu has revealed through some screenshots that Lost Planet 2 is getting more than just Wesker, Dom and Marcus.

Interview: Lost Planet 2′s Jun Takeuchi
Jun Takeuchi is a busy man. “Mr Resident Evil” hadn’t even finished producing the fifth instalment in everyone’s favourite zombie franchise when he announced Lost Planet 2 in an Xbox Live special, promising to trump Extreme Condition in pretty much every way.
The shooter sequel has four-way co-op and some of the stupidest bosses seen in games, and has moved the action from icy cold to the desert and jungle heat. It’s even got a cameo by Dom and Marcus from Gears of War. If it just had dancing ladies, it’d have it all.
Mr Takeuchi was kind enough to talk to us about how big bosses can be (spoiler: infinitely), how the game’s Campaign was originally intended to be a single-player experience and how the idea of a “a complete game” is an “illusion”

Lost Planet 2 release date changed to May 11, gets new multiplayer demo
Capcom’s announced a new release date for Lost Planet 2, stating that it will arrive in stores on May 11 which is one week earlier than originally planned.
Also, a new multiplayer demo for the game will arrive next week on Xbox Live and PSN via community distributed voucher codes.

CliffyB: Capcom approached Epic over Gears cameos for LP2
Epic Games’ Cliff Bleszinski has said that it was Capcom who approached the company over the cameo appearences of Marcus and Dom from Gears of War in Lost Planet 2.
