PlayStation All-Stars – Ken Levine wrote Big Daddy and Little Sister script, says SuperBot
PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale contains BioShock characters Big Daddy and Little Sister, which you already know, but what you may not have known was that SuperBot enlisted the help of their creator Ken Levine.

Bioshock PS3 to have exclusive DLC “challenge rooms”
Joystiq and 1UP report that Bioshock PS3 will get exclusive DLC in the form of new scenarios that work outside of the game’s main narrative.
These will dubbed “Challenge Rooms” apparently, and one of the aforementioned scenes will feature a Little Sister stuck on top of a Ferris Wheel in Sander Cohen’s Chamber of Thrills. It’s your job to rescue her.
1UP: “[The DLC] isn’t really tied into the main storyline in any fashion, aside from references to characters that appear throughout the game. You just focus on solving the puzzle and that’s it, so some might be disappointed that the extra content hasn’t been fleshed out beyond that.”
