Ni No Kuni Witch Wizard’s Edition “oversold” customers offered consolation items by Namco
Namco Bandai has issued a response to the Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch Wizard’s Edition “oversold” fiasco which distributor Digital River claimed occurred due to “an error in [its] ordering system.”

Professor Layton and the Azran Legacies trailer released
Professor Layton and the Azran Legacies, known in Japan as Professor Layton and the Legacy of the Super Civilization A, has a new video available courtesy of AGB. The title will be the last in the prequel trilogy for the series, and, sadly, the last featuring Herschel Layton. It’s due in Japan on February 28, and will likely head west sometime in the fall if history is anything to go by.

Ni No Kuni delayed to February 1 due to logistical issue
Ni No Kuni has been delayed by a week, meaning it will now release on February 1 in Europe instead of January 25. Namco Bandai said the delay was due to a logistical issue and as a way of apology, is offering a downloadable Draggle familiar for the trouble. It will be available at launch. Ni No Kuni screenshots celebrate localization going gold

Ni No Kuni demo features two bosses, hits Europe on Wednesday
No No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch arrives in demo form this week, the highlight of a pretty packed US PlayStation Store update. Destructoid reports the demo also arrives on the European PlayStation Network this week, on Wednesday December 5. The taster feature two environments and allows you to tackle two bosses, the Guardian of the Woods and Moltaan. Ni No Kuni, a collaboration between Level-5 and the animation masters at Studio Ghibli, is a PlayStation 3 exclusive due in January 2013.

Aero Porter launch trailer demos “light, accessible” gameplay
Aero Porter is Yoot Saito’s contribution to Level-5′s Guild01 compilation, and is now available via the 3DS eShop. The creator of the Dreamcast’s legendary Seaman life sim put together an airport management game, and in this launch trailer, admits that he hopes you won’t have to “put a lot of thought into” it as you “become addicted organically” to its increasingly franctic gameplay.
