Good Lord, what a massive day in game releases. Those with fat wallets will be having a field day, swimming around on the floor with all their lovely games.

The rest with anorexic wallets will just have to pick one and wait on Santa to bring more – or get some from a very giving stranger driving a van. He may look a bit mad with that hair and strange gleam in his eye, but the clown mask beside him on the passenger’s seat with fishing line and surgical gloves says “good times ahead” and you know it.

A new video for LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues has been released and it’s posted past the break, courtesy of BigDownload.

It’s basically the scene from the bar during the first part of the first movie, with clips from it coinciding with the LEGO version.

Looks rather cute. Makes us want to watch the movie again.

Game’s out November 17.

Nintendo has announced that Super Mario Bros. Wii will land in stores on November 15 in the US.

This news came in the form of a press release announcing the Wii price cut effective on September 27.

Other release dates include Wii Fit Plus, LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues, and others.

LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues will allow not only level creation, but two players can create levels simultaneously.

This new feature is expected for all console versions, and of course will not be shareable between consoles.

It’s like a cross between ModNation Racers and LBP, according to Joystiq’s man on the floor at Develop.

IGN’s posted up the first shots of Lego Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues.

The game was announced yesterday, and will include a level editor. The first screen there shows it in action.

It’s out for Wii, DS, PSP, PS3 and 360 this autumn.

Lego Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues will hit later this year, TT and Activision said today.

The “hook” appears to be user-created levels.
