Gameloft not guilty of health and safety breaches
Despite a recruit’s claims that he was forced to work up to 120 hours per week, the New Zealand studio of publisher Gameloft has been cleared of any health and safety breaches.

Sony did not break Australian privacy laws in response to the PSN breach according to Privacy Commissioner
According to a declaration made by the Australian Privacy Commissioner, despite Sony’s delayed response in informing consumer’s of April’s PlayStation Network security breach, it has been determined that the company has not breached the nation’s Privacy Act.
