Killer Instinct trademark dispute settled
Fox and Microsoft have signed a coexistence agreement regarding their rival claims to the Killer Instinct trademark. Under the terms of the agreement, as uploaded by NeoGAF users, Fox promises not to raise objections to Microsoft’s trademarking of or use of the phrase. Presumably this means the TV show that started the drama won’t be renewed any time soon – but oh, harro, what’s this jaw-dropping Kinect title in the works at Rare?

Rare mentions new games in Banjo, is almost certainly “a joke”
Rare’s included mention of new Killer Instinct, Jet Force Gemini, Battletoads and Grabbed by the Ghoulies games in Banjo Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, as you can see on CrankyGamersUK, leading people on the internet to assume they’re actually being made.
Just a hunch: we suspect it may be a leg-pulling exercise. Still, we can but dream.
