Darkness II dated for US and UK, Inversion dated for UK
Few UK dates for you, action-lovers. 2K said today that The Darkness 2 will hit Britain, PS3 and 360 on October 7. This one’s developed by Digital Extremes, not original studio Starbreeze. There’s a teaser video posted below with the date. It hits the US on October 4.
In addition, Namco’s gravity-”heavy” Inversion will release in the UK on February 10 next year, again, for PS3 and 360. Both games contain guns and shouting. What more do you want?

Inversion features floating cars, trailer proves it
Namco’s put out a live action trailer for Saber’s Inversion, showing what happens when someone switches the gravity off. It’s not so great. Expect guns, Escher puzzles and flying buildings. It’s out next February.

Saber’s Inversion dated for February 2012
Namco has revealed that Saber Interactive’s sci-fi shooter Inversion is slated for a February 7, 2012 release. It’s from the same studio rumored to be working on the Halo 1 revamp.

Inversion announced, developed by TimeShift’s Saber
Namco and TimeShift developer Saber Interactive have announced Inversion, a third-person shooter featuring the ability to reverse gravity.
Sounds funky. The game takes place during an alien invasion that sounds pretty much like an excuse to be able to spin the environment around a lot with pockets of funny gravity stuff. Call us cynical.
