Fuse shows off first footage since shedding Overstrike title
Fuse is the new name for the Insomniac co-op action title previously known as Overstrike. The video through the break is the first chance we’ve had to look at it since its metamorphosis, and while you’ll spot some familiar elements, it’s clear a lot ahs changed.

Ratchet & Clank: Gladiator getting the HD PSN treatment
Ratchet & Clank: Gladiator – alias Deadlocked – will get the HD treatment and release via the PlayStation Network. Insomniac Games announced the latest of its re-releases at PAX Prime; the upscaled conversion of the 2005 title has been expected for some time now, as it was the only game in the series not included in the recent collection.

Fuse – Insomniac’s Overstrike has been reworked, renamed
Insomniac Games has renamed and reworked Overstrike, its new shooter in the works, which will from here on out be referred to as Fuse.

Ratchet & Clank: Q-Force beta now open to PS Plus members
Ratchet & Clank: Q-Force has gone into beta, and it’s now open for PS Plus members, Sony has announced. The beta will be made available “for a limited time to some lucky PS Plus members,” from 4.00pm GMT today. The beta will include a tutorial mode, ranked competitive multiplayer, and leaderboards. More information is available on the PS Blog. Ratchet & Clank: Q-Force will release later this year. The game is known as Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault in the US, and it contains Cross-Play between the PS3 and Vita versions, and is one of Sony’s Cross-Buy titles.

Ratchet & Clank Collection produces new trailer, ancient concept art
In celebration of the Ratchet & Clank Collection’s US release on August 28, Insomniac has released some very early concept art for what would later become one of the PS2′s most recognisable properties. Both of our heroes used to be lizards, apparently. Sony confirms Resistance trilogy collection listed on Amazon
Sony has confirmed a listing by Amazon France which outed a Resistance trilogy collection coming to PlayStation 3. The firm has told Eurogamer more details on the pack will be announced at a later date.
