A post on the Epic Games forums identifies and promises a fix for users experiencing problems on older Apple devices. Only iPad 1 and iPod Touch devices seem to be affected, and even then, only if a large number of apps are installed, due to a problem with how icons are cached. Chair promises a quick fix, and in the meantime, recommends players restart their device before playing.

Infinity Blade II will set you back $6.99 when it releases on the App Store, according to Kotaku. IB2 will come with cloud saving, additional character customisation and more. The Epic and Chair-made stunner releases for iOS devices on December 1.

Gamespot has a developer diary for Chair’s upcoming Infinity Blade II, which gives some details on the game’s hero, Cyrus, and his quest to find someone called the Worker now that the world lacks a supreme ruler. There are snippets of in-game footage to be seen, plus some teasing references to the overall story of the world.
Infinity Blade II releases on December 1. The original game set records as the fastest-grossing release on the App Store and set a standard for Unreal Engine on iOS.
