Sucker Punch: Action adventure not the best genre for UGC

Infamous 2: Festival of Blood dated for October 25
Sony has announced Infamous 2: Festival of Blood will land on PSN on October 25 and 26 in the US and UK, respectively. It will run you around the $14.99 mark. The expansion will add Move support which will work with both the stand-alone content and Infamous 2 as a whole. Festival of Blood sees vampires running around the place, and Cole having been bitten himself, must kill the head vampire in order to save both himself and the city.

InFamous 2: Festival of Blood gamescom art and trailer
Sony has released a piece of art and a video for InFamous 2: Festival of Blood which is slated to land on PSN in October, in time for Halloween. The DLC takes place during Pyre Night in New Marais, where vampires have taken over and Cole, who has been bitten, has 24-hours to find a cure or face the fact of a bloodsucker.

inFamous 2 update adds free UGC vehicle pack
Sucker Punch has rolled out new content for inFamous 2 in the form of a vehicle-based user-generated content pack. The update includes a handy new UGC search function too. Happy days.

InFamous 2 takes home top spot in June NPD

BBFC: Resistance 3 to include three PS3 demos
The BBFC’s rated Resistance 3 – an 18, so you know – with the rating on its website showing that it’ll come with three demos: 2D and 3D demos of Killzone 3, inFamous 2 and Motorstorm Apocalypse. For R3 itself, it has nearly 90 minutes worth of cut-scenes throughout the game, with no cuts made to the content in the game.
It’s out on September 6 in the US and September 9 in the UK for PS3. Thanks, Gamerzines.

InFamous 2 now available digitally in the US, too
Why walk to the shops like some sort of pleb when you can have yourself carried there in a comfortable armchair borne on the backs of twenty handsome worshippers? Or alternatively, buy InFamous 2 directly from the PlayStation Network?

inFamous 2 to launch on PS Store this Friday
Sony’s confirmed that it’s to launch a digital version of inFamous 2 in the UK, Ireland and Germany this Friday, with mainland Europe getting it today. The Sucker Punch open-world superhero game, to our memory, is only the second massive Blu-ray title to get a PSN release day-and-date together. Mass Effect 2 was the first third-party game to do it back in January when the PS3 version of the BioWare RPG launched.
