Hunted: The Demon’s Forge gets a rather bloody launch trailer
Bethesda has released the launch trailer for Hunted: The Demon’s Forge, and it shows a fella getting his heart ripped out of his chest as Filter sings its redention of the The Turtles “So Happy Together”, which honestly adds a nice creepy vibe to the video. Hunted releases next week on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. Enjoy the video.

Kaufman: Hunted is all about fantasy-based fast-action

Fantasy RPG’s are a rare breed these days. There are a few of note such as: Fable, Dragon Age and Oblivion. However, more and more developers seem to be taking the shooter route, leaving the once celebrated world of swords and sorcery behind.
One developer, inXile Entertainment, not only plans to change all this, but is hoping to merge the action of the latest and greatest shooters with what works well in the fantasy genre.
During the Eurogamer Expo, we spoke with inXile’s Maxx Kaufman about the studio’s latest title, Hunted: The Demon’s Forge, and how the studio hopes the game will change the way we look at the fantasy genre forever.

inXile puts dungeon crawling into your co-op with Hunted: The Demon’s Forge

inXile’s at QuakeCon this weekend, showing off Hunted: The Demon’s Forge, and studio’s president Matt Lindely has said the goal with the cover-based action game, was to “bring back some of the dungeon crawl style gameplay that’s been lost for a while”.
