Happy Wars offers 40 free Happy Tickets to all players

Happy Wars is offering a neat little bonus to all current players. As detailed on PlayXBLA, anybody who logs in before January 20 will score 40 free Happy Tickets, which are used to buy things like premium equipment and customisation options. Xbox Live’s first free-to-play affair has attracted over 1.2 million players and is available to all Gold subscribers.

Happy Wars tops 1.2 million players

Xbox Live’s first free-to-play release, Happy Wars, now boasts 1.2 million players – just two months on from its October launch. According to GamesIndustry, Toylogic is celebrating by releasing a title update today, adding holiday decorations, and a special co-op boss fight which will only be available for a short time, as well as matchmaking and stability fixes.
