Vita: First Edition Bundles sold out, Sony “encouraged” by 3G adoption
Sony’s senior vice president of PlayStation brand marketing, Guy Longworth, has said the firm sold out of its First Edition Vita Bundles which were made available for pre-order before the system’s launch.

SCEA appoints Guy Longworth as new senior VP of marketing and PSN
SCEA has announced Guy Longworth has been appointed as its new senior VP of marketing and PSN. Longworth will report to president and CEO Jack Tretton, and will oversee all aspects of SCEA marketing, including product marketing, promotions and brand development. His first day on the job will be October 31. Longworth, who has over 20 years of consumer marketing experience, previously worked for Procter & Gamble, Kraft, Kellogg’s, and most recently, Annapurna One which he founded. Longworth takes over for Peter Dille, who announced back in March he was leaving the firm.
