Grand Theft Auto 5 artwork has popped up on Shortlist, which is giving away a “very special” GTA 5 collector’s item. The item in question is “a set of five photo viewers, each sporting the logo of in-game brand Fly US and containing a different brand new, never-before-seen screenshot from GTA 5.” Have a look at the shot below, and we’re betting that man is anything but a lifeguard. GTA 5 was gifted with more screenshots today by Rockstar. The firm has graced the masses with 10 screenshots this week. Rockstar has promised more Grand Theft Auto 5 content will arrive in the next few weeks, but failed to say what we can expect. The game has not been given a release date yet.

It appears Grand Theft Auto V may show itself during gamescom in August, if a promotional video released by the show’s organizers on Thursday is any indication. While Take-Two is listed an an exhibitor for the event, Rockstar, specifically hasn’t been mentioned as attending as of yet. But the eyes don’t lie, and if you look at the video around the 1:50 mark, you can see it for yourself – just don’t blink. Whether new footage will be shown or not, or if it’s just a clip added for effect remains to be seen. We’ll send a mail and ask. Thanks, Gematsu.

Wedbush analyst Michael Pachter believes Rockstar has more than just GTA V up its sleeve, in fact he seems convinced five of Rockstar’s studios are currently working on their own projects. According to the analyst, speaking in an investor note, Pachter said he expects one of these projects to launch by March 2013, and that game is Grand Theft Auto V. He also expects Take Two to finally announced a GTA V release date in November.

A GTA fansite has been pulled offline after it apparently outed the second trailer for Grand Theft Auto V would drop within the next two weeks.
