Mad Riders and Golden Axe are now available for download on XBLA. Both will run you 800 MS Points, and there’s also a demo for Mad Riders available. Be sure to check regional availablity in your area before getting too excited.

Alex Kidd in Miracle World, Golden Axe, Streets of Rage rated by PEGI for 360 release
Several Sega classics, including Alex Kidd, Golden Axe and Streets of Rage have all been rated by PEGI for Xbox 360, meaning the Sega Master System titles are likely to come to the platform in the near future. Alex Kidd in Miracle World, Super Hang-On, Golden Axe, Golden Axe 3, Streets of Rage, Streets of Rage 3, Wonder Boy in Monster Land, Wonder Boy in Monster World, and Monster World IV were all rated.

SEGA says it needs to do a better job with PS3 and 360
SEGA has said that it will no longer permit it’s classic IPs to be used in sub-par games as it tries to gain popularity on PS3 and Xbox 360.
