Oh hey, so you remember when we reported that pre-orders for Divinity: Dragon Commander had opened? It turns out Larian Studios and GOG.com changed their minds at the last moment, and that didn’t happen. The RPG is now scheduled for an August 6 launch; pre-orders have actually opened; and to make up for the delay it now comes with a free copy of classic 1994 RPG Master of Magic. Divinity: Dragon Commander goes for $40.

Daedalic’s latest, The Night of the Rabbit, is headed to GOG.com, where pre-orders will score a free copy of earlier adventure Deponia. Details and a new trailer within.

Good Old Games is having a sale. They’ve got a list of twenty games for you to peruse, and you pick five of them, and then you buy them, and they’re all 80 percent off. So you could, for example, get Pid, Puddle, Deponia, Divinity 2: Developer’s Cut and Legend of Grimlock for a combined $15. That, my friends, is a small amount of money. You have about 6.5 days to take advantage of this deal.

Codemasters’ classic hardcore third-person action effort Severance: Blade of Darkness is now available on GOG.com. For just $6 you get four heroes, each with a unique style and skill tree, and more than 100 different weapons.

GOG.com has announced the addition of a number of 3D Realms classics. Shooters Terminal Velocity and Shadow Warrior, plus its expansion packs, are both available now for $6, and the digital distribution service promises more games from the 90′s favourite developer will be announced soon. 3D Realms, or Apogee Software, was also behind Duke Nukem, Rise of the Triad, Crystal Caves, Bio Menace and much more.

Legend of Grimrock is 50% off at GOG.com for a limited time only. The turn-based dungeon crawler offers a pretty massive amount of content, especially at a reduced price tag of $7.50, and is soon to expand with a level editor. The indie effort has drawn lavish praise and holds an 82 average on Metacritic; that’s quite a lot higher than several games you probably paid $60 for, just sayin’.

CD Projekt RED will host a conference on May 30 at 5.00pm GMT where it will make a major announcement as well as reveal “a lot of other information” concerning its products and GOG.com. Classic plane-shifting action adventure Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver has been added to GOG.com. The second game in the franchise, Soul Reaver spawned a series of sequels and is fondly remembered, so check it out. Hey, did you know Crystal Dynamics might be working on a Soul Reaver reboot? We’re pretty sure it is.

A source has told Eurogamer that CD Projekt Red will give away a “legendary” PC RPG for free on GOG.com this coming Thursday.

CD Projekt RED has announced it will live stream its spring conference on April 5, where it will discuss the launch of The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings – Enhanced Edition as well as the expansion of GOG.com. The firm also announced today that the Enhanced Edition for The Witcher 2 has gone gold for Xbox 360. More information on where to watch the stream will be released closer to the event. Witcher 2 Enhanced launches April 17 on Xbox 360 and PC.
