Legacy of Kain: Dead Sun was outed as part of a NeoGAF investigation back in June. Before it was cancelled it contained a multiplayer mode called War for Nosgoth, which is now the basis of ‘Nosgoth’, the next game in the series. Square-Enix has now shed light on why Dead Sun was cancelled, along with some new concept art.

Popular Rare community manager George Kelion confirmed today he’s leaving the UK developer for a new PR role at Warner Bros.
Kelion’s been with Rare for several years, most recently working on the releases of the latest Banjo-Kazooie and Viva Pinata games.

Rare community manager George Kelion has updated the Banjo Blog to revealed that Banjo sequel remake Banjo-Tooie will be ready to go from April.
He also added that the Stop ’n’ Swop feature will be implement and that the “items collected in Banjo-Kazooie will ‘magically’ appear in Tooie, resulting in… well, you’ll just have to find out.”
This is a world first in gaming, apparently.
