No Kinect support in Gears of War: Judgment according to series creator
Gears of War creator Cliff Bleszinski has confessed that he is a fan of Microsoft’s Kinect, but states that the series’ next installment will not feature any support for the device.

ShopTo “estimates” Gears of War: Judgement for February 8 release
Epic has yet to provide a definitive date for Gears of War: Judgement other than early 2013, but it looks as though ShopTo feels it will release on February 8. In the UK at least. The retailer has told CVG the date is an “estimate,” so don’t get too excited. Thanks, MyXboxLive. A screenshot is posted below just in case it gets pulled.
