The next bit of DLC for Forza Motorsport 4 has been announced as the December IGN Pack. It contains some rather lovely cars, such as the 1957 Maserati 300 S, the 1986 Alfa Romeo Spider Quadrifoglio Verde, and the 1967 American muscle car, the Chevy Chevelle SS-396. It will arrive on Xbox Live December 6, and will run you 560 MSP/£4.80/$7 if you haven’t already purchased the season pass. If you have, you’ve already paid for this. Bargin hunters, PES 2012 is 99p from HMV (via MCV). But there’s is a twist: the price is available for those who trade in their copy of FIFA 12. The retailer is also offering Forza Motorsport 4 at a low price for £1.99 if a copy of F1 2011 is traded in. On its part, GAME will be offering Forza 4 for £4.99 if either Dark Souls, RAGE, FIFA 12 or F1 2011 on 360 are traded in, while Ace Combat Horizon is 99p if Gears of War 3, FIFA 1, RAGE or Dead Island are swapped.

PES 2012, Forza 4 and Ace Combat all launch in the UK this Friday.

Following the lifting of its reviews embargo this morning, where it’s currently seeing impressive scores, GameTrailers has posted a bunch of videos from Forza Motorsport 4. The videos show off the Hockingheim and Nurburgring tracks, showing multiplayer modes Virus and Battle. Get watching below the break.

Microsoft’s launched the Forza Motorsport 4 demo onto Xbox Live Marketplace ahead of its full release next week. The demo comes in at 1.27Gb, and features only a Quick Race option. Cars available to drive on the Bernese Alps include 1970 Mercury Cougar Eliminator, Kia cee’d, 2011 Subaru WRX STI and 2011 Ferrari 599 GTO.

It’s currently Gold exclusive, so Silver members are out of luck for a week. Get it from the console Marketplace now, or from the online Marketplace here. The full Turn 10-made racer is out next week

Microsoft and Turn 10 Studios have confirmed six new add-ons for Forza Motorsport 4, also announcing that there will be a ‘Season Pass’ for the game allowing access to all six DLC packs for a discounted price. A similar pass has been offered to fans for Gears of War 3.

Microsoft’s released a video of the Warthog that will be in Halo 4 being narrated by Top Gear’s Jeremy Clarkson in Forza Motorsport 4′s Autovista mode. Clarkson, who is the narrator of the mode in the Turn 10 racer, gives it a fair bit of stick, but it’s all in good fun. Get a chuckle out of it after the break.

Microsoft has seemingly announced, according to Wired, that the Warthog that’ll be used in Halo 4 will feature in Forza Motorsport 4. The Warthog isn’t driveable in the game, but is viewable via Autovista. Cortana will tell you the background history of the the vehicle and its “prowless,” apparently. Those attending HaloFest at PAX this weekend will be able to see it in action with Forza 4′s Autovista.
