Fallout: New Vegas studio Obsidian Entertainment is currently working on what it calls a “Unique next generation game,” and is currently hiring for staff with a passion for RPG and action games. Could it be Fallout 4, or something new? You be the judge.

Bethesda has registered a trademark with the USPTO for “an on-going television program set in a post-nuclear apocalyptic world.” Fallout anyone? Note the word in the link there. The registration comes just a week after ThreeDog voice actor Erik Todd Dellums tweeted there may be more “of the Dog coming,” tweeting later he was “given permission to release that tease, so fingers crossed.” Speculation started running all over the place that a movie adaption was set for an announcement, or that Fallout 4 is in the works. Wayside Creations has launched a Kickstarter for a second season of its fan series, Fallout: Nuka Break. The goal is to raise $60,000, and with 57 days to go, 197 backers have pledged $11,821. The first season was also entirely funded by fans, which provided the group with $30,000 to cover production costs. Head on over to the donation page where more information is available. If you are unfamiliar with the original film, watch the video clip below which also lays out the group’s plans for the new project.

Bethesda has announced it will release a combo pack containing The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and Fallout 3 on April 3. It will be made available in North America for both PC and Xbox 360 and will run you $19.99 and $29.99, respectively. At this point, according to a post from the firm, it isn’t “allowed to release it for PS3″ at present, but if the situation “changes at some point, we’ll let folks know.”

Bethesda has released a video for the Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition which releases next month in Europe and the US. It comes complete with Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Old World Blues, Lonesome Road, Courier’s Stash, and Gun Runners’ Arsenal which gives players access to the areas of: Sierra Madre Casino, Zion National Park, Big MT research crater and the Divide. Each of the four add-on packs increases the maximum level cap by five levels, ultimately raising the cap to level 50.
The Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition will be available on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 on February 7 in North America and in Europe on February 10.

Bethesda has announced Courier’s Stash and Gun Runners’ Arsenal are now available for download on Steam and XBL for Fallout: New Vegas. Both will be made available late tomorrow on PSN. Courier’s Stash will run you 160 MSP/£1.49/€1.99/$1.99, and provides players with four content bundles previously available only through pre-ordering: The Caravan Pack, Classic Pack, Mercenary Pack and Tribal Pack. Gun Runners’ Arsenal will run you 320 MSP/£2.99/€3.99/$3.99 and includes various new ways to kill enemies. You can get an idea of what to expect through a list we posted for you on Saturday.

Bethesda has released a new video for Lonesome Road, the upcoming DLC for Fallout: New Vegas. The DLC will run you $9.99/800 MSP and will put you in contact with Courier Six, who will ask you to go into the Divide and provide you with a reason why he refused to deliver the package at the start of the game. It will be released on September 20 on Xbox 360, and later on PC and PS3.
