Ubisoft announces Techland ATV racer in the works, Babel Rising for XBLA and PSN
During its Digital Days event in France and the US, Ubisoft announced and outlined its various titles in the works, starting with a PSN and XBLA version of its iPhone game, Babel Rising.

The Sims Social bests FarmVille in daily active users
EA’s The Sims Social has more daily active users than Zynga’s FarmVille, according to current information from AppData. It now has 9.3 million DAUs, moving Zynga’s FarmVille into second place. The later’s CityVille, is still the most popular game on Facebook though, with around 14 million DAUs. EA CFO Eric Brown told Gamasutra that Sims Social players log an average 15 to 20 minutes in the game three times a day. Currently, the game has over 34 million monthly active users, which is up considerably over September 7, when it was nearing the 30 million MAU mark.

Ubisoft’s The Smurfs & Co Facebook game has 10 million MAU
Ubisoft has announced The Smurfs & Co, its Facebook game has more than 10 million monthly active users. The social network game is based on the comic book brand, and allows anyone to play as a Smurf in the quest to “build wondrous towns and uncover special ingredients that Papa Smurf needs to create a magic potion to erase Gargamel’s memory.” New game features and special in-game contests are being added regularly, including a full screen option and a user-generated screenshot contest with prizes in several different categories. The game has also been the number one licensed-based social game on Facebook since it launched on July 29. To play The Smurfs & Co, go here.
