Atlus has announced that they plan to release a demo of their latest 3DS RPG offering Etrian Odyssey IV in Japan.

The debut trailer for Etrian Odyssey IV was shown during Nintendo Direct, and it’s posted below courtesy of NWR. It contains quite a bit of gameplay footage, a look at the various systems, and is over four minutes long. Atlus will release the game in Japan on July 5.

Accessory and arcade stick maker Hori as said Etrian Odyssey IV will have special quests hidden in the game’s QR Code, according to a report on Siliconera. Details on what these quests entail have yet to be announced, but the card comes in a package which includes “a green pouch, a leafy plastic shell, and a pen stylus” for Â¥2,780. The game releases on 3DS in Japan on July 5th
