EA shuts down servers, Online Pass games included
The moment was inevitable: EA have quietly announced a new batch of online server shut-downs – and this time around they include games which had a paid Online Pass.

EA Sports MMA takes a sales beating, but sequel still a matter of “when,” not “if”
When your game’s been out for less than a month and analysts are verbally slamming it with slobber-knockers like “DOA at retail,” it might be time to throw in the towel.
EA, however, hasn’t even considered it.

EA Sports MMA dated for October
EA has announced a released date of October 19 for EA Sports MMA.
The date was revealed by Peter Moore at EA’s E3 press event this evening.

EA’s released six new shots of EA Sports MMA to go along with the release of the debut trailer, which was released earlier this morning.

No date yet for the PS3/360 cage brawler, other then it’ll be out in 2010.

First EA MMA trailer shows fighting of the ultimate variety
The first trailer of EA Sports’ MMA game debuted last night’s Strikeforce fight card, and the game seems to be shaping up pretty well.
The trailer depicts two men pummeling each other into tomato paste, which is really all you ask for. Aside from world peace. But somehow, we think these two men are all right with a little violence here and there.
