In a tidy presentation to investors and analysts that will have rocked no boats whatsoever, EA has reaffirmed the crucial role of traditional high street retailers – for the foreseeable future, at least. At the same time, the publishing giant’s focus on digital distribution continues to grow.

Origin EULA revised with data collection for marketing purposes nixed
EA has revised its EULA for Origin, and has removed the bits about using data collected for marketing, but in the end it will still collect your system data and there isn’t an opt out option available.

PC Gamer has tested its Steam keys attached to EA games to see if the games are re-downloadable through EA’s new digital service ,Origin. As you may have already guessed, some of the keys worked.
