Analysts expect EA to report Q4 fiscal revenue of $960- $980 million on Monday

EA will release its Q4 earnings report for the period ending March 31 on Monday, May 7, and analysts are expecting the firm to report revenue of $960 – $980 million. Stock in the company closed at $15.87 a share, valuing the company at $5.26 billion. For the coming fiscal year, analysts expect the firm to revenue of $4.55 -$4.6 billion. Thanks, VentureBeat.

EA Q2 – Battlefield 3 ships over 10 million units

EA has posted increased revenue for Q2 ’12 thanks to a surge in its digital and sports offerings, and CEO John Riccitiello noted that Battlefield 3 has shipped over 10 million units since its US launch.

EA Q1 FY11 financials: Net revenue up 27% yoy at $815 million

Electronic Arts has released it’s financial results for the company’s first fiscal 2011 quarter ending June 30, 2010 and it shows net revenue at $539 million, which is down 33 percent from the same period last year, when revenue came in at $816 million.

EA’s Wii revenue nearly doubles to 14% compared to last year

EA released it’s fourth quarter and fiscal year 2009 earnings earlier and according to the report, 14 percent of it’s revenue came from Wii titles, compared to 8 percent the previous year.

Twenty-one titles were released for Wii last year, and with PS3 games providing 16 percent of revenue and Xbox 360 generating 24 percent, Wii is catching up.

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10, Ea Sports Active and Grand Slam Tennis are expected to help Wii title sales increase at EA thanks to MotionPlus.

EA to release 30 games on iPhone this year

The EA financial call is ongoing and the firm has just said that 30 games will be released for iPhone this year.

No titles were mentioned, a release window, or any other information was handed out.

Sounds like EA likes the iPhone though.

The company released it’s full earnings report earlier.

FIFA 09, Madden NFL 09, Need for Speed Undercover each sell 5 million copies

According to EA’s full-year ’09 financials – just released – FIFA 09, Madden NFL 09 and Need for Speed Undercover each sold over 5 million copies.

Loads of sports and racing fans out there, apparently.
