Black Ops 2 players can earn double xp on weapon progression this weekend. The event starts today at 6pm GMT/10am PDT and runs through Monday until 6pm GMT/10am PDT on Monday. This corresponds with Uprising being available for PC and PS3. Go shoot something.

Activision is hosting a Double XP Weekend for Black Ops 2, to celebrate the impending release of the Uprising DLC Pack. It starts today and runs through Monday, April 15 until 10.00am PST. The Double XP weekend is for PC, PS3, Wii U and Xbox 360. The Uprising DLC launched on April 16 for Xbox 360, and once the exclusivity period ends, it will release on other formats.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 entices you back to its firm, military grip this weekend with the promise of double XP for multiplayer. The fun kicks off at 10:00AM PST on January 25 and runs through the same time on January 28. PC, PlayStation 3, Wii U and Xbox 360 players will all benefit.

According to MP1st, Activision is running a double XP event for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 this weekend. The news comes via a system message when you fire up the multiplayer, and seems to be an Xbox Live-only affair – just like the recent content drop. Never mind, everyone else – your time will come.

Since it’s a holiday in the US, and an impending Bank Holiday in the UK, Crytek is holding a Double XP weekend for Crysis 2 starting today and it ends on Monday 12.00am PST.

Sony is holding a Double XP Weekend for Killzone 3’ players in celebration of the return of online to PSN. It is running right now, and will cease on May 23 at 10:00 am UK time. Of note: during the Double XP Weekend, the Score Screen will display the message “Fast Starter Bonus” instead of “Bonus Points” – this is a string error that will be fixed in future Bonus XP events. This weekend, Gears of War 2 is handing out double XP with public multiplayer matches on Xbox Live.

The event kicks off this Friday, May 15 and runs until May 18.

Call of Duty: World at War players will get double XP this weekend to celebrate the success of Map Pack 1.

The double XP applies to all versions of the game and will run through Monday, ending at 1.00pm EST.

Infinity Ward’s announced that the CoD4 double XP weekend running alongside the release of the Game of the Year edition is still running and will last until tomorrow.

Heads Up: In light of the map pack taking down Marketplace for a good chunk of time during Friday’s launch of the DLC and hence putting a hold on a lot of gaming time for Friday we’ve decided to extend Double XP until Tuesday morning, allowing you another whole 24 hours to rank up.

Come Tuesday morning Double XP will be gone for good and the new maps will be added to ALL playlists, so get your last bit of XP whoring in and try to reach that level 55 of the prestige you promised you wouldn’t do again before you realized it was double XP!
