Assassin’s Creed: The Fall digital comic out now for iPad
Ubisoft has released a new Assassin’s Creed digital comic via the App Store titled, The Fall. The story follows “master assassin” Nikolai Orelov and offers further insight into the Assassin’s Creed universe. There’s the choice to view the panels in colour or black and white; a handful of screens are available through the break.
Assassin’s Creed: The Fall is available now exclusively for iPad and costs 69p.

PSP comic store to host 500 comics upon launch

Sony has said that more than 500 comics will be made available at launch when the PSP Comic Store goes live in December.
Big names like Marvel, 2000AD and IDW have signed on so far along with Insomnia, iVerse and Titan.
At least with digital comics, you don’t have to worry about keeping them safe in mylar sleeves.

PSP Firmware 6.20 out now, nearly adds comics [Update]
Update: Full details on the PS Blog.
PSP Firmware 6.20 is now live.
The comic system detailed at GamesCom is included in the software, but won’t be available until December.
The machine does now supports playlists for video and photos, and you can transfer existing ones over from your PC or PS3 to your handheld.

PSP Store may soon offer digital comic service

The PSP Store may soon be getting a new service allowing downloads of digital comics and graphic novels.
According to a movie you can watch below, SCEE sent a survey out to PSP users asking if they would prefer a subscription-based service or a la carte prices for digital comics.
