Defiance MMO and TV series links explained

Defiance videos show off co-op, TV series
Defiance has a couple videos available below, showing off the game’s co-op and the SyFy channel tie-in series. The TV show starts airing April 15 alongside the game. Defiance’s first beta test starts January 18 and ends on January 20. Thanks, TenTonHammer.

Defiance’s first beta event will be PC-only, kicks off this month
Trion has announced Defiance’s first beta event will be PC-only, and kick off on January 18 and run through January 20. Titled “Advanced Beta Mission 1″, players will be thrust into the futuristic San Francisco Bay region and play as the genetically enhanced ark hunter which are described as “part treasure hunter, part mercenary.” Players will have access to the open-world shooter’s tutorial, the Waterfront competitive multiplayer map, Mt. Tam, and the open-world boss battled the Shadow War and Arkfall. Sign up for it here. Defiance is slated for an April 15 release on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 alongside the SyFy series of the same name. Defiance to launch next April, comes with E3 trailer
