Darksiders II dated for US and UK, pre-order for exclusive content
THQ has dated Darksiders II for release on June 26 in the US and June 29 for in UK, and has confirmed exclusive unlockable content in return for pre-orders.

Quick shots: Darksiders 2 does the screens dance
AGB‘s posted nine new shots of Darksiders 2. The shots of Death preface the Vigil action sequel’s launch later this year, which looks set to be all kinds of awesome. Get them at the link.
DS2 will launch on PS3, 360 and PC in June, THQ core boss Danny Bilson told us in August last year. A Wii U version is also in the works for its launch.

If you weren’t tuned into the VGAs this weekend, you might have missed this new Darksiders 2 trailer, which aired during a commercial break. Blood, drama and lovingly realised living skeletons through the break.

Darksiders 2 experiments with Four Horsemen and Wii U
Vigil Games is bringing Death to the Wii U. Literally. Where the original Darksiders focussed on horseman War, the sequel will focus on his brother, Death. The hack’n'slash is a launch title for Nintendo’s new console, and it’s a refreshingly unusual choice.

THQ Q3: Saints Row 3 coming “fall,” 40K MMO FY2013
THQ has confirmed a fall 2011 release for Saints Row 3 in its Q3 figures call, as well as pegging Darksiders 2, Vigil’s 40K MMO Dark Millennium Online and Devil’s Third for FY2013.
