DARK video shows off some of Eric Bane’s special attacks and powers
Kalypso Media has released a new trailer for DARK, the action-vampire game from Realmforge Studios. The video shows some of Eric Bane’s special attacks and powers he will use to investigate Geoforge, an omnipresent and powerful global conglomerate which rules a near-future urban landscape. The game is slates for a Q2 release on PC and Xbox 360.

DARK screenshots show various environments, characters, vampire anti-hero
DARK, the supernatural third-person stealth action-RPG for consoles and PC from Realmforge Studios, has new screenshots available below the break. The assets show the various characters and environments found in the game, and show off its 3D cel-shaded art style. In the game, players done the hoodie of vampire anti-hero Eric Bane as he fights against the forces of the GeoForge Corporation in an attempt to expose its secrets. DARK is scheduled for release Q2 2013.

Atlus to distribute Kalypso titles in the US
Atlus has signed on as US distributor for Kalypso. The European publisher’s upcoming slate is now secured for US release – that’s Port Royale 3 for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on October 9; Tropico 4: Gold Edition on PC and Xbox 360 on November 1; Omerta – City of Gangsters on PC and Xbox 360, delayed from November to early 2013; and DARK for PC and Xbox 360 in March 2013. Atlus has served as distributor on individual Kalypso games in the past but this it the first time the two publishers have sealed the deal.

Realmforge developing DARK for PC, consoles, new screens released
Realmforge has announced its stealth-action RPG DARK will be released on PC and consoles, and has updated its Facebook page with shots of the game’s vampire protagonist, Eric Bane. The title is set in the present day with our hero waking up at a vampire bar with no memory of how get got there or how he became one of the undead. Bane’s vampiric skills will be upgradable, and the game is to be published by Kalypso Media. The game is due in the first quarter of 2013.
