Harmonix has “no plans” for Rock Band and Kinect
The Main Drag drummer and Harmonix community manager John Drake has said Harmonix aren’t planning on putting Kinect features in Rock Band any time soon, but sees a bright future for the genre.

Dance Central DLC goes on sale
Harmonix put a bunch of Dance Central tracks on sale tomorrow at an incredible 33 percent off. You’ll be able to buy Cameos “Word Up!”; Janet Jackson’s “Control”; Ne-Yo’s “Because of You”; and Sean Paul’s “Temperature” at the oh-so-awesome price of 160MSP for an unspecified period of time.

Xbox and Sky join forces for Got to Dance contest
Sky and Xbox announced an exclusive sponsorship campaign today, which will for the first time see Kinect for Xbox 360’s latest dance game, Dance Central, feature in the second series of Sky 1’s.

Report – Viacom sold Harmonix for $50
Harmonix was sold by Viacom to investment group Columbus Nova for $49.99, All Things Digital is reporting.

Kinect review round-up OF DOOM: everything in one place!
The embargo’s officially lifted on Kinect, and boy was it damming back a serious flood of content. As in, this may be the Internet’s Noah’s Ark. Seriously people, grab two of whatever rodent happens to be scurrying through your house, build a boat, and jump past the break. Oh, and don’t forget to bring a paddle. And some tissues. You’ll need them to dab up the tears of blood that’ll be oozing from your eyes after all this reading.
