Thank You For Playing is the new gaming show headed up by ex-Inside Xbox host Dan Maher. The show was successfully funded on IndieGoGo and covers a wide range of topics from across the games industry with humour, insight and plenty of interesting discussions.

Explosive Alan Productions’ Project Possum surpasses funding goal
Explosive Alan Productions, which was formed by members of the now defunct Inside Xbox team, has raised $16,762 towards a new multi-format show which for the time being is codenamed Project Possum. Formed by Ashley Denton, Dan Maher and Gareth Wild, the fellas asked for contributions to the project via IndieGoGo instead of Kickstarter – due to the former accepting PayPal – setting a crowd-funding goal of $10,000. Within no time at all hardly, the project met its funding and there are still 30 days left to contribute.

Inside Xbox vets announce formation of Explosive Alan Productions
Inside Xbox vets Dan Maher, Ashley Denton and Gareth Wild have formed a new production company called Explosive Alan Productions. Details are scarce at the moment, but the group will be filming the Square Enix community event tomorrow. Microsoft halted production of Indie Xbox earlier this month, much to the dismay of the community. Thanks, MCV.

Double Fine’s Trenched delayed in Europe
Double Fine mecha actioner Trenched’s launched in the US on Xbox Live Arcade, but has been delayed in Europe. Microsoft’s said that it’s looking to “resolve the matter as soon as possible.” Xbox Live UK Editor Dan Maher said in a tweet that the official line was “Unexpected challenges with distribution in some European regions.’ Shouldn’t take long!”
So hold back the MS points yet, EU massive.
