Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 has shipped 1.2 million units worldwide, according to Namco Bandai via Siliconera. Shipment figures do not necessarily equate to sales, of course, but are a good indication of retailer expectations. The PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 fighter released in the US in early March, popping up in the NPD’s charts, before heading to Europe and arriving in Japan last week. I don’t know much about Naruto byt CyberConnect2 certainly make lovely-looking games.

Asura’s Wrath now available on XBLA Games on demand
CyberConnect2′s explosively dramatic brawler Asura’s Wrath is now available via Xbox Live’s Games on Demand service, for $40. It has its fair share of critics, especially in the “interactive movie” and “too short” camps, but I personally had a blast with Asura’s Wrath’s over-the-top anime leanings; if this sort of thing delights rather than befuddles you, you may be on to a winner.
Thanks, Capcom Unity.
