Cyanide has announced its RPG, Game of Thrones: The Game, will release in the UK on June 8 for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360. The title was released in the US on May 15. Thanks CVG.

Cyanide has released a new video for Game of Thrones: The Game, which is narrated by project director Thomas Veauclin and lead game designer Sylvain Sechi. The video explains how the game came to be developed, how it was influenced by the HBO series, and how the studio worked alongside author George R.R. Martin to ensure the game was “faithful to the universe he imagined.” The duo are speaking English, but with French accents, so if you can’t understand them very well, just read the subtitles. The firm also sent word that those who pre-order the game on Steam will be granted free access to the official Prima eGuide for the game. Accessible through the Steam overlay, the guide contains all the secrets of the game, over 40 interactive maps, a walkthrough to unlock all endings, tips, over 130 exclusive codex entries, and more.
