Dead or Alive 5 Plus has Cross Play, Cross Save, Cross Buy DLC
Dead or Alive 5 Plus, the Vita version of Team Ninja’s latest fighter, will support Cross Play, Cross Save and Cross Buy DLC, Siliconera reports. That means portable players will be able to challenge PlayStation 3 rivals and vice versa; you can take your story progress with you when you switch systems; and any costumes you’ve purchased or otherwise obtained for your bouncing brawlers will be available in both versions. Dead or Alive 5 Plus is expected on March 19 in the US and March 22 in Europe. More details can be found through the US and EU PS Blogs.

PS3 and Vita Cross features “quite easily” rival Wii U, says Sony executive
Cross Play, Cross Controller and Cross Save show the combination of PlayStation 3 and Vita is as compelling as the Wii U, according to SCEA’s John Koller.

Vita update 1.80 adds Cross-Controller feature, PS Plus coming later this year
Vita update 1.80 will add new features to PlayStation Vita on August 28, and it will allow users to play PSone titles on the handheld.

DmC’s Dante confirmed for PS All-Stars, crossplay detailed
PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale adds DmC’s Dante to the list, as well as three-way multiplayer across PS3 and PS Vita.
