Nintendo has released its weekly eShop update trailer. This week sees the release of the next instalment of Level-5′s GUILD01 collection, the impressive-looking Crimson Shroud. Yasumi Matsuno says he didn’t depart Level-5 over health issues
Crimson Shroud developer and former Square Enix developer Yasumi Matsuno has taken to Twitter to alleviate fan’s fears that health issues were behind his departure from Level-5. According to Matsuno, he is “in perfect health,” and is “just taking a little time to recharge before my next project.” Concerns over returning health issues seems to prevail on the Internet after his departure was announced earlier this week. It was assumed the same health issues which caused him to leave Square Enix in 2005 had returned. Thankfully, that is not the case. Via Siliconera.

Liberation Maiden, Crimson Shroud, Aero Porter – short video shows gameplay
A video featuring a short look at Liberation Maiden, Crimson Shroud, and Aero Porter has been released by Nintendo. The video provides small gameplay clips from the three 3DS eShop titles. Liberation Maiden, from Suda 51, is already out in Europe and is heading to the US as are the other two titles. The games were created in partnership with Level-5 through the Guild01 compilation for Nintendo 3DS, and a follow-up called Guild02 was announced in May 24, and will include designers Keiji Inafune, Kazuya Asano, Takemaru Abiko and Kaz Ayabe.

Nintendo announces eShop line-up for users in North America
Nintendo 3DS owners in the US will be getting sequels to fan-favorite Pushmo, classics like Ninja Gaiden and Castlevania: The Adventure, plus a series of three original games developed by Level-5 and several well-known Japanese collaborators such as Suda 51 from today through the end of the year.

Paper Mario: Sticker Star dated, Devil Survivor, more coming to Europe
Liberation Maiden, Suda 51′s latest will release later today in Europe through Nintendo’s eShop, the firm has announced. Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked is also heading to Europe this year, as well as Denpa Men: They Came by Wave, and Pullblox goes on sale starting today.
