Another video featuring the music of Soul Sacrifice, in the works at Skywalker Sound and being Yasunori Mitsuda and Wataru Hokoyama, has been released. The video introduces a composition created by Hokoyama, which will play when you battle bosses. If you head over to the PS Blog, you can find out what happens when you decide to either save or sacrificethe defeated boss. Soul Sacrifice will release in Europe on May 1 and in North America on April 30. Video is below.

Soul Sacrifice’s soundtrack is in the works at Skywalker Sound recording studios and is being composed by Yasunori Mitsuda and Wataru Hokoyama. Sony has provided a video which introduces part of the game’s score, the Battle Theme. Check it out below. Soul Sacrifice will release in Europe on May 1 and in North America on April 30.

Soul Sacrifice for PS Vita launches in stores and via PSN across Europe in May and in the US in April, it’s been announced. There’s also a bonus available for those who pre-order the Keiji Inafune-designed title.

Soul Sacrifice’s enemies are all that remains of humans who used magic to further their own goals, but as the trade off is turning into a badass giant snake thing I’m not sure what the downside is here.

Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z is being developed by three developmental entities: Comcept, Spark Unlimited, and Team Ninja. While it sounds as though there may be too many cooks making this bloody stew, Team Ninja boss Yosuke Hayashi said everyone is functioning as one team.

Soul Sacrifice direct feed footage from TGS 2012 has been released by PlayStation Japan. You can watch both videos below. The Vita title will release in spring 2013.

Soul Sacrifice was featured briefly during Sony’s startlingly good gamescom Vita showcase, but the platform holder did send over some shiny new art for Keiji Inafune’s gory RPG.

Keji Inafune has announced his first game since leaving Capcom, and it’s called The Island of Dr. Momo. The game was announced during a press conference held by GREE, Index, Atlus’ parent company and Inafune’s Comcept. The Island of Dr. Momo is a social game for GREE mobile’s social gaming service. You play as mad scientist who loves cute things, and so you combine critters together to “make the world’s cutest thing.” The game will be playable on iOS and Android devices this fall, and will make use of microtransactions like most GREE games.
