Hot on the heels of Amazon scooping up Killer Instinct studio Double Helix Games, Google appears to have bought the remnants of Green Throttle Games, which was set up by former Guitar Hero developer Charles Huang.

Green Throttle Gaming has raised $6 million in Series A funding, which will go towards the development and launch of its Android controller next year.
