Treyarch’s director of technology Cesar Stastny has confirmed the PC version of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 will support dedicated servers.

Treyarch has said Call Of Duty: Black Ops will be a “true PC title”, in the sense the game has a team devoted entirely to the PC version of the game. Furthermore, it has “never wavered” over whether to include dedicated server support for the game or not.
PC owners should expect the same experience as console gamers for Call of Duty: Black Ops in November, but in a way that makes sense for the desktop, developer Treyarch’s told IGN.
