DmC: Devil May Cry is a reboot and therefore it has a tricky job of convincing long-time fans to return and to get a new wave of players through the door. How does one achieve such a tricky balance? Capcom believes the key is to make the barrier for entry low, but to retain a solid challenge. The publisher has discussed its approach in a new interview.

Capcom has released a new trailer for Resident Evil 6 and it’s a cinematic affair. The trailer shows various sequences from the game explaining the concept of hope in the game. You get to see some emotional moments being shared between characters amidst the horrible zombie outbreak in the trailer. Resident Evil 6 is due on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in October. It’s going to launch alongside a community service called ResidentEvil.net. You can watch the trailer below.
