Jenny Barbour, the associate producer of BUZZ!, has announced over on the US PS Blog that the Space Quiz Pack for the quiz game will land on PSN today.
It’s got over 500 questions to test your knowledge on everything solar system related, and beyond.
Some of the sample questions posted include: Which planet in our solar system is the smallest?
One of the options is Pluto, but the poor fella was demoted recently, so we’ll go with Mercury.
If you head on over through the link, you’ll also find out more about BUZZ!: Quiz World for PS3 which is out this November.
All PS3 quiz packs will be interoperable between BUZZ!: Quiz TV and BUZZ!: Quiz World for PS3 and those of you who plan on getting the title for PSP will be happy to know that downloadable quiz packs will be made available for you as well.

Speaking to ThreeSpeech, Relentless boss David Amor has admitted that opening Buzz! up to user-generated quizzes with Buzz! Quiz TV wasn’t without its potential pitfalls.
“I was worried that we’d get lots of random nonsense, like ‘what’s my favourite colour?’, or ‘how badly can I swear in a quiz and get away with it?’, but actually people have taken it seriously,” he said.
“They’ve come up with proper quizzes that are fun to play. It works really well.”
Amor said he’d been surprised by the inventiveness of some of the submissions.
“The one’s I like – and this is the best thing about giving people tools – are where they’ve taken it in a direction I just wouldn’t have expected,” he added.
“One I liked was the memory quiz – where the first question was ‘My house is red, my garden is blue, I have a dog named Rover and the sun comes out on a Tuesday’, then it says ‘Press button to continue’, and then the next question is, ‘What colour is my garden?’, then later, ‘What did I ask you in question two?’. It’s not strictly a quiz, but it works.”

We should probably stop talking about Trophies soon. Before we do, though, have a look at the awards you can get for Buzz! Quiz TV, courtesy of NeoGAF.
We will stop, promise.

Sony’s confirmed that Buzz! Quiz TV will be the first released Blu-ray PS3 game to support Trophies.
The game hits retail on Friday, and was included on the list of titles showing Trophy support put out by SCEE yesterday.
Firmware 2.40 will release worldwide tomorrow. A Sony rep just confirmed on the phone that the game does, indeed, contain Trophy support.
We’ve received a nudge that 2.40 will be included on the disc itself, but Sony’s just checking that for us now.
Buzz! Quiz TV features over 5,000 questions divided into five different genre channels and allows players to create their own quizzes through MyBUZZquiz.com.
So, if you want those first Trophies, you know what you’re going to be doing this weekend.

According to this Eurogamer piece, Buzz! Quiz TV will be out in Europe on July 4. Apparently the PS3 titles comes with wireless buzzers and 5,000 questions, so you can’t say fairer than that. Also, this is down as an “autumn” release, so it looks as though it’s been brought forward. Astonishing.
