Gearbox auditioning live-action Lilith models for Borderlands 2
Gearbox is looking to hire a live-action model for Borderlands 2, specifically one who has a sufficiently “plausible resemblance” to the character Lilith. The firm is looking for a female between the ages of 18 and 30 (aren’t we all?) who is free for testing and shooting during the first three weeks of December. No prior acting or modeling experience is required, so ladies in the Dallas area: go nuts. The only thing you need to be able to do is show a range of emotions through facial expressions. More details on how to apply can be found here. Thanks, VoodooExtreme.

Borderlands 2 to contain a “richer, larger world” along with new UI
Gearbox’s art director, Jeramy Cooke, is of the opinion that in Borderlands, players were stuck in the desert a lot. Because this was a bit “monotonous,” his team decided to focus on a “richer, larger world,” for the sequel: Borderlands 2.

Quick Quotes: Gearbox on deathmatchs in Borderlands 2
“It’s something that we’re still thinking about and we’re not talking about any aspects of that yet. We already smashed two genres together to create one so let’s not get too ahead of ourselves [laughs]. It really eats into our development time to make the main core game as solid as possible.” – Gearbox in an interview with NowGamer, via RipTen.

Borderlands 2 is out next year and will be shown at gamescom next week.
Update: Yes, they are scans, as pointed out to us by subjectxen, who linked us to Game NYUSU.
