Ken Levine has said on Twitter that he spoke with Sony and 2K regarding BioShock Vita “yesterday,” and that he is still “trying to make a match.” Back in February, it was noted that the game was still a long ways off, as the Irrational Games boss said at the time if it were to happen, it would be a business deal negotiated between Take-Two and Sony. Until that happens, his hands are tied until the two companies “sign off”. Anyway, keep hope alive.

If you haven’t yet experienced the original BioShock and its solid if not quite as magical sequel, now is the time. If that doesn’t fill the hole left in your life by the ending of BioShock Infinite I am unsure what will. Probably nothing. There is only sorrow, forever.

The R-rated Bioshock film was all set to go at Universal with Gore Verbinski at the helm. Then the similarly adult big-budget think piece Watchmen came out and didn’t dominate the box office they way they had hoped. That left Irrational head Ken Levine with a choice to make.

BioShock Infinite has a new trailer. It’s below. It plays like an old newscast feature or a documentary. In it, Alistar Bloom narrates information on the floating city of Columbia in a “Truth from Legend” segment. It’s part two, and you can watch part one again here if you wish. Game’s out on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 March 26.

The BioShock: Ultimate Rapture Edition is now available at retail in North America. The disc contains BioShock, BioShock 2 and the following add-on content: Museum of Orphaned Concepts, Plasmids Pack, Challenge Rooms Pack, Sinclair Solutions Tester, Rapture Metro, The Protector Trials, and Minerva’s Den. A collectible sticker pack from BioShock Infinite’s world is included as well. It will run you $29.99 and will also be made available though PSN with the usual, weekly update.
