The XBLA remake of Banjo-Tooie is now up. It’ll cost you 1,200 MS Points.

Rare just noted that a new HD Banjo-Tooie trailer’s just gone up on XBLM.

Rare just confirmed that the XBLA port of Banjo-Tooie’s to cost 1,200 Microsoft Points.

The game was announced for an April 29 release yesterday.

The info was just posted on Banjo Blog. Look at it. It’s proves we’re not lying.

Rare’s confirmed that the XBLA version of Banjo-Tooie’s to release on April 29.

“4J Studios’ stellar port will be yours to own from Wednesday 29th April – exactly two weeks from now,” said the UK dev on the Banjo Blog.

“Set a reminder in your reminding appliance of choice, as it’s full to the brim with updates and tweaks from the original release, not least being a super-charged frame rate and some fully-featured Stop ‘N’ Swoppery.”

Rare has released a new video on Xbox Live showing off the Stop ‘N Swoop feature in Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie.

Depending on which of the two games you choose, Stop ‘N Swoop will unlock content providing you reach a goal in the other game.

Banjo-Tooie’s in the way to Arcade, so this gives a look at what to expect from the feature, which was promised but never implemented in the original games.

Rare community manager George Kelion has updated the Banjo Blog to revealed that Banjo sequel remake Banjo-Tooie will be ready to go from April.

He also added that the Stop ’n’ Swop feature will be implement and that the “items collected in Banjo-Kazooie will ‘magically’ appear in Tooie, resulting in… well, you’ll just have to find out.”

This is a world first in gaming, apparently.
