Kickstarter for Atari 2600 Star Castle nets supporters a retro package
Former Atari man D. Scott Williamson has launched a Kickstarter campaign for a Atari 2600 cartridge version of Star Castle. The original title was developed by Cinematronics and released in 1980 arcades, and a console version was planned but never released. Williamson eventually created a 2600 port of Star Castle and showed it during a fan event and thanks to the positive reaction, a limited run with reproduction box, a printed manual, and in cartridge form will be handed to those who support the Kickstarter project. More incentives for supporting the title can be found through the link. A video is below. Thanks, IndieGames.
