Assassin’s Creed: Revelations theme song winner announced
Ubisoft has announced Madeline Bell will be singing the theme song in Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, and appear on the official soundtrack as well. Bell was the winner of a contest co-hosted by UJAM, with the jury consisting of composers Hans Zimmer, Lorne Balfe and Simon Landry. Bell was one of the ton ten finalists in the contest, which asked participants to add vocals to the track through harmony, actual lyrics, or just humming. Report – PC version of Assassin’s Creed: Revelations delayed
Eurogamer is reporting that the PC version of Assassin’s Creed: Revelations has been delayed to December 2 while the console versions are still on course for a November release. The announcement was revealed by the Czech Ubisoft Facebook page (via EG.cz). Ubisoft has been contacted for confirmation of the news.

End of Beta and Hook Blade videos released for Assassin’s Creed: Revelations
Ubisoft has sent over two new trailers for Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, one showing off Ezio’s Hook Blade, and the other announcing the end of the beta, which concluded last weekend. The later is full of stats such as the amount of kills, and the like. Revelations is out November 15 in the US and November 18 in Europe on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360. Watch both videos below.

Assassin’s Creed: Revelations video shows people in pain, getting stabbed
Ubisoft has sent over a new video for Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, which shows off the multiplayer a bit in dramatic form. Various assassins with their preferred weapon of choice are shown sneaking up behind people and dispatching their targets in what appears to be a very painful manner – going by the recipients’ expressions at any rate. Not that we think getting skewered by a sword would feel like being tickled or anything. Assassin’s Creed: Revelations launches on November 15 in the US and November 18.

Jesper Kyd to soundtrack Assassin’s Creed: Revelations
Ubisoft’s announced that Jesper Kyd will return to soundtrack the score to Assassin’s Creed: Revelations. Kyd’s been involved with the series since the beginning, and will now score his fourth Assassin’s Creed OST with help from Lorne Balfe. The soundtrack will feature a mix of Greek, Renaissance and Middle Eastern tones.

Next PlayStation Access event to feature playable Uncharted 3, Arkham City
Sony’s announced details of the next PlayStation Access event in Bristol, confirming that Uncharted 3, Starhawk and Ratchet & Clank: All4One, as well as the recently-released Resistance 3, will all be playable on the first-party front. Third-party titles that will be playable include Batman: Arkham City, Battlefield 3, FIFA 12, Dark Souls, Assassin’s Creed: Revelations and Goldeneye 007: Reloaded.
The event takes place from September 29 until October 1, with Lethal Bizzle peforming on both Friday and Saturday. More info on getting tickets for Access can be found on its Facebook page.

Assassin’s Creed: Revelations beta extended to Saturday
Ubisoft’s confirmed that its extended the multiplayer beta of Assassin’s Creed: Revelations on PSN until this coming Saturday. The taster was originally due to close yesterday, but its now been granted an extra couple of days staying power.
