Valentine Massacre Event nets you punky-pink guns in APB

GamersFirst has announced that for a limited time, it will be hosting a Valentine’s Day massacre event in APB Reloaded. Those who log into the game will be sent Valentine-inspired weapons with “an exciting new modification,” with pink and white decor complete with hearts. Killing in-game folks with these special weapons will advance two new roles and and provide new theme music, art, and heart-shaped sunglasses. Nifty. It all starts today and runs through February 20. APB Reloaded launches on Steam

After a year away following the collapse of RealTime Worlds, APB’s returned online as F2P APB Reloaded. The MMO, available now on Steam, will run on a monetary items basis. If you start playing the game before December 19, you’ll get access to a Premium Upgrade Pack for ten days. There’s more on the pack here, where you’ll also get the game.

APB Reloaded releases at retail later this year

APB Reloadedwill be released in the US later this year in the US by IGS Software. IGS CEO Paul Lombardi said the game will retail for $29.99, comes with $45 worth of virtual goodies, and will be free-to-play upon install. Thanks, Gamespot.
