Activision Leeds to develop “handheld games” in the Call of Duty franchise
Mastertronic boss Andy Payne has said Activision’s studio in Leeds will be in charge of “handheld games” in the Call of Duty franchise, suggesting the firm will be developing all mobile titles in the franchise going forward.

Report – former Rockstar London bosses sign on with Activision Leeds
Ex-Rockstar UK bosses Mark Washbrook and Mark Lloyd have signed on with Activision’s new Leeds studio headed up by Martyn Brown, according to a report on GI International. Both Rockstar London bosses left the firm in early 2011. When asked for comment, Activision said: “”It is very early days, but we are looking to recruit great talent from across the UK. We have retained a number of consulting firms to help us achieve this.” Activision Leeds was established during November last year.
