So as my title indicates, is this a sign of the way the tech world is headed? Google glass has some interesting privacy implications and some interesting potential applications but the right to disable it should you even loan it to someone? Well that's new.
So what do we think to the idea that a tech company could shut down a product we own and prevent its use. Forever???
What happens if this could be applied to the video game market?
Sales of goods act in the UK or First Doctrine in the US appear to support this contractual decision. Scary.
